Tables are included in your rental fee and are available in the following arrangements, or other arrangements by request:
- Banquet Setup: Double-long head table and individual guest tables
- Classroom: One instructor desk and arrangement of student desks
- Meeting: Two tables wide and three tables long, forming a large conference table
- Seminar/Panel: Long head table and audience chairs

Our community hall features an A/V system in each half of the hall. This includes:
86" Ultra-HD Television
Lectern with microphone
In-ceiling speaker system
Wireless presentation broadcasting
XLR input
Popcorn Machine
Rental includes two packets of pre-measured seasoned popcorn kernels and cooking oil.
Fabric Tablecloths
This is a set-fee item, not per unit. Tablecloths will be provided for the number of tables you have reserved.
